Heart2Heart’s brand identity captures the organisation’s warmth, optimism, and people-first approach. The visual aesthetic is whimsical, fun, and approachable, designed to feel inclusive and uplifting. At the centre of the identity is the linking heart symbol, representing connection, compassion, and the “heart-to-heart” relationships at the core of their mission.
