Tavalon Tea is a globally recognised premium tea brand based in New York, offering artisanal loose-leaf teas and tea-based accessories through high-end hospitality, retail and online channels.
A standout element of this project was the creation of bespoke copper-sheet menus for Tavalon Tea's Brisbane outpost. Each menu was hand-sanded and ensembled, allowing natural patina and raw metal textures to shine through.
Food styling and photography were developed to hero tea-infused dishes and premium loose-leaf selections, capturing the artistry and elegance of the brand. The result was an elevated, sensory experience — where thoughtfully plated cuisine, refined visuals, and sculptural menu pieces transformed tea-drinking into a truly curated ritual.
